Dead Drift - A South Texas Fishing Horror Story
============================================
Colton Redwell has been a fishing guide on the Laguna Madre for sixteen years. He knows every flat, every channel, every sandbar in Baffin Bay. When he takes a client out for a trophy trout, he expects a good day on the water. What he doesn't expect is for something to drag that client under the surface. Something that leaves wolf fur floating in hypersaline water where no wolf should be.

🌊 THE STORY 🌊
A fishing guide. A dead client. And something ancient hunting the Texas coast.
The middle to lower Laguna Madre is one of the most isolated places in America. No telephone poles. No houses. No cell service. When your motor dies out there, you'd better hope someone knows where to look.
Colton's motor dies at sunset. And as darkness falls over the flats, he realizes he's not alone. Something is in the water. Something is on the dunes. Something that the old-timers whisper about but never name.
Los Lobos del Mar. The Wolves of the Sea.
The Texas red wolf was declared extinct in 1980. But extinction is a human concept. The wild doesn't always agree.
