Hi, my name's Oscar Castaneda. I'm an immigration attorney and owner of Castaneda Immigration Law. We're a Phoenix, Arizona-based immigration law firm. Today I'd like to talk to you about deportation defense, which is when the government has instituted deportation proceedings against you and you're in front of an immigration judge.
