1. Yellow Peas ( Matar / Matara ) - 4 palmful ( or 1 bowl )
2. Water - 4 bowl ( or as required )
3. Tamarind ( Tentuli ) - ( 5-6 pcs ) or as required , Instead of it use Sun dried Mango ( Ambula )
4. Fresh Chopped Coriander leaves
5. Chopped Green Chilli - 3 nos. ( or as required )
6. Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp (or as required )
7. Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tbsp ( Optional )
8. Black Salt
9. White Salt
10. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp ( or as required )
