In an exclusive interview with The Federal, former chief election commissioner (CEC) OP Rawat said some election officials are computer illiterate and take help from other technical experts. Therefore, one cannot dismiss all these allegations. Rawat said that in case of such discrepancies, the department's CERT is contacted, and they take care of cyber-crime if it has happened. Rawat also said that it is beyond his comprehension why the current CEC is not answering any of the queries.
