Excel IF Function with Absolute Reference

Excel's IF function is one of my favorite functions. The IF function allows you to make a logical comparison. For example, we have a list of employees. If they have 5 years of service, they get 3 weeks of vacation. If not, they get 2 weeks' vacation. You could manually figure that out, but you could make a mistake, and with a lot of employees, that is time-consuming.
The IF function is one of the most popular functions in Excel, and it allows you to make logical comparisons between a value and what you expect.
You can use IF with AND or OR and even nested IF functions.

I changed the values that were zeros to blanks, so if I do the Average function, the zeros are not included. For example, for the four numbers 20, 0, 10, and 30, the average is 15 (60/4). The zero is included in the average. Make the zero a blank, and we get an average of 20 (60/3).
