2019 GMC Sierra Denali Radar Detector & Dash Cam Hardwire Mirror Tap

I recently got a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate and it was time to install my Max 360 radar detector and Street Guardian dash cam. I always like to hardwire and integrate my accessories for a clean install. I hate having wires running to cigarette lighters, so sloppy!

This tutorial will work for 2020 Sierra/Silverado models and even earlier ones. In fact it will work for any car, because I'm going to teach you how to find switched power and a good ground. You will learn multimeter basics and wire up any device easily. This guide will also work with any brand of radar detector like Valentine 1, Whistler, Unident, Blackvue, Garmin, and more!
