Setting up Hydroponics in a Container / Hydroponics Setup Before Planting

We're almost ready to start planting, but before then we thought we'd do an update on how we got our refrigerated container set up to start the hydroponics - how we sorted the airflow , heating and lighting so we can finally start experimenting with growing some veges indoors and safe from our frosts!
