What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is a series of animated public information films by Vault-Tec's Science Service in 2077, featuring the Vault Boy character. Set in Boston, Massachusetts, the films explain to would-be nuclear holocaust survivors the essential seven attributes needed to live in the new environment: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck.

Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, a peaceful denizen from a cozy fallout shelter is forced to return to the surface--and is shocked to discover the wasteland waiting for her.
