OLD SCHOOL VANILLA ICE CREAM (IN AN ICE CREAM MACHINE MAKER)

This is a recipe for ice cream that I made for a recent new style ice cream maker
It’s actually very simple and easy to use and make

This recipe and procedure is for the automatic ice cream maker
You can use the same recipe for a churn unit .but u must double the recipe
This recipe only makes 1.5 quarts of ice cream

Recipe:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 1/4 cup whole milk
2 tsp vanilla

Stir sugar and milk in large bowl for 2 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved
Add cream and vanilla and mix well
Pour into ice cream maker and churn for 45-60 minutes
When ice cream is ready,place in freezer for 2-3 hours to completely firm up
