Here's a song about a tragic accident, acceptance of consequences and ultimate redemption. I Hung My Head was written by Sting and originally recorded on his '96 Mercury Falling album. It was covered by Johnny Cash on his American IV record. My version is more or less patterned by that recording though I've taken some liberty with the arrangement.
