This video was made for 2xwcs, but I figured anyone with an Edge Pro may benefit from it.

As long as you can place a knife on the ricasso (Para 2) then reading the angle is easy. Blades that force you to place the knife on the primary grind are a different story. The downward slope of the blade will give you a false reading on the angle arm. Hopefully this is concise enough to show how easy it is to over estimate edge angles using the EP.
