Today we are making an easy Carnivore or No Carb Crockpot Bacon Chuck Roast. We saw this on Instagram and had to try it!

Ingredients:
2 lb Chuck Roast (or whatever size you want really)
1 package Chopped uncooked thick Bacon
1 Stick of Butter

Just put the chuck roast, chopped bacon, and stick of butter in the crockpot on high for 8-9 hours..... then go do whatever you need to do that day. It's that easy! Just come home and pull the meat apart.
