⏳ Time & Ingredients Needed:
• Prep time: 5 minutes
• Baking time: 20 minutes
• Difficulty level: very easy
✔️Ingredients:
• Onion 6
• Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
• Butter 30 gr
• Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
• Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
• Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Potato 1
• Bell Pepper ½
•Cooked kidney bean ½ cup
✔️Instruction:
Lightly sauté the onions in a mixture of butter and oil, then add 1/2 cup of water.
Once it comes to a boil, add sugar, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
Reduce the heat and let the onions cook slowly until they are tender and the sauce thickens.
Dice the potatoes and bell pepper and sauté them in a little oil.
Add salt, black pepper, and turmeric, then add a small amount of water and let them cook until tender.
Blend the mixture with the cooked beans in a food processor until smooth.
Arrange the caramelized onions on top of the potato and bean dip and serve.
