Look at the one whom the beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ called a Salat thief‼️
Fatwa against Hadith in Fiqh Hanafi 💔
According to the Hanafi Madhhab, "It is permissible for a person to go into Sajdah without standing up straight after raising his head from Ruku".
252 - فِيمَن صَار من الرُّكُوع إِلَى السُّجُود
(( قَالَ أَبُو حنيفَة وَمُحَمّد يُجزئُ ))
وَقَالَ الْأَوْزَعاِيّ وَالشَّافِعِيّ إِذا لم يرفع رَأسه من الرُّكُوع لم يعْتد بِتِلْكَ الرَّكْعَة حَتَّى قعم فيعتدل سلبه قَائِم
And peace be upon him
لَا تجزىء صَلَاة لَا يُقيم فِيهَا الرقل سلبه إِذا رفع رَاسه من الرُّكُوع وَالسُّجُود.
(Mukhtasar Ikhtilaful 'Ulama, Serial No. 252; Bab: فِيمَن صَار من الرُّكُوع إِلَى السُّجُود)

But we know, "Salaat is not sufficient if the back is not straightened in the case of Ruku'-Sijdah."
The Prophet ﷺ said
O Muslim community!
A person who does not straighten his back in ruku' and prostration does not pray

Rasulullah (ﷺ) said:
The greatest thief in theft is the one who steals in prayer (Arkan).
Companions said, O Messenger of God! How is the theft of Salat?
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Theft of Salat is not to complete Ruku'-Sajdah.

Rasulullah (ﷺ) addressed the companions and said, What do you think about drunkards, adulterers and thieves?
This question of the Prophet (ﷺ) was before the revelation of the verses regarding the punishment of these crimes. The Companions argued that Allah and Allah's Messenger know best about this.
The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, The sin of Kabirah has its punishment.
And the worst theft is what people do in their prayers.
Companions said, O Messenger of God! How do people steal their prayers? The Messenger (ﷺ) said:
People do not perform Ruku'-Sajdah fully (steal it).

"Pray just the way you see me performing Salat."

The Messenger (ﷺ) said:
"Ruku and Sajdah should be performed completely. By God in Whose hand is my life! When you bow and prostrate, I see you from behind.'

The Messenger (ﷺ) saw a man while offering Salat, he was not performing his Ruku' fully and was clucking like a rooster in prostration. Seeing this, Rasool (ﷺ) said – ‘If this person dies in this state, he will not die on the religion of Muhammad (ﷺ)‼️
As a crow pecks in blood, so he pecks in his prayer. The example of a person who does not bow fully and stumbles in Sajdah is like a hungry person who eats one or two dates but does not satisfy his hunger at all.'

The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade three things:
(1) To crow like a crow in prayer!
(2) To lay hands like a four-legged animal!
(3) To determine a fixed place for offering Salat as a camel determines its place'.

The believers have become successful.
Those who are modest in their prayers.

💠 Many Muslims are seen going into sajdah after raising their heads from ruku' "not properly straightening up", especially the Hanafis.
In this case, do they identify themselves as exclusive followers of the Hanafi Madhhab without following the hadith?
