Today, Susan, shares her Top 10 Tips for staying happy.

Susan's Top 10 include:

1. Be Grateful- Susan's gives you a way to really do this with umpf! 

2. Follow your Bliss - This is the best way to learn to listen to your inner wisdom, your intuition. 

3. Let Go - Don't hold on to a grudge or a way something needs to turn out. 

4. Random Acts of Kindness - It will make two people feel good!

5. Appreciate your Emotions - It's ok to feel! 

6. Love more - Send out more love to everyone and especially yourself. 

7. Dream - Don't dream of the day you'll be happy or things that you think will make you happy.  Happiness is created now.  But you need to explore, experience and create as a human!  What's next?

8. Accept What Is -  You have to start somewhere.  It's like taking a road trip! 

9. Laugh, Dance and Smile - Find things that make you laugh! 

10. Be in the Present Moment - You only live in the present moment, not in the past or the future, now is the time to savor.
