If you’re looking to 100% Venusaur with all star ratings then you’re going to need the 4 star photograph. It’s a tricky one to orchestrate, which a lot of moving parts to get right, but with the video you should be able to breeze on through. It essentially requires you to get it to jump into the water, which you can see, as well as triggering a run state for the star photograph. You can then get the 4 photograph to be better with slightly later timing of the last stages of the tutorial to give you time to get a little closer to Venusaur by the water.
