Foreign investors in the Philippines warns the removal of incentives in Philippine Economic Zone Authority zones may force more investors to locate elsewhere in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region despite competitive labor in the Philippines. Bodo Goerlich, Vice President and Chairman for Dual Training at the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce Industry says the uncertainty over the Tax Reform for Attracting Better and High-Quality Opportunities bill has kept German investors from locating in Manila.
