We're talking trash-bin today as I access a swarm that settled just under 20 feet off the ground. No ladder needed if you use this method. Includes step-by-step assembly, use, and hiving the swarm.
A safe way to collect bees from trees.
I also suggest a fiberglass or graphite pole so you won't risk touching any electrical lines and getting a shock.
Flip-Lock extension controls are best, twisting was a bit of an issue.
