My take on DenganMu Tuhan by True Worshipper. I really love how this song strengthen me during difficult times and I'm always reminded that God is bigger than my problems.

Technically speaking, I put some twists in the song so that it is more interesting musically and more engaging as well. I enhanced some of the syncopations so that they incorporate more polyrhythms and off-beat feel, as well as some more locked-in instrumental parts to energize the song even further.

Equipment wise, I didn't use my tube amp at all, just the good old POD X3 Live for both my bass and my guitar. I love how the tone is more "concise" with the POD X3 as opposed to the warm and sustainy tone of my tube amp. However, the room sound of a tube amp is always more pleasing as the tone from the POD doesn't come out too well when you play in on a power amp with a cab.
