Showings and offers are the best way to know if your house is in or out of the market.
If you haven't had any showing, the market is telling you the price is not right and you may need to make some adjustments.

If you're getting showings, but no offers, you're getting closer, but you're still in no buyers land, and smaller adjustments are still needed. The attention your getting in this area only helps sell the houses down the street. The goal is to get an acceptable offer early.
