What if art spoke what power tries to erase?

This 2-minute preview offers a first glimpse into Voices of the Unseen – a global collaboration between 13 women artists from Ghana, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, Ukraine, China, the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Spain, and Norway.

Their realities differ – shaped by geography, language, politics, and personal histories.

But their resistance resonates. Through voice, gesture, textile, clay, movement, silence, and digital language, they reveal what remains hidden.

This collaborative project was initiated by artist Cornelia Es Said and supported by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). It brings together perspectives from across continents and contexts, but speaks in one shared voice: art as defiance, art as survival.
