In today’s vlog I do some walking, meal prepping and some motivational talk.

I’ve been habit stacking lately by waking up early, journaling, light exercise, and now some light meal prepping.

With the new year around the corner I definitely didn’t want to enter into the new year stuck in the same cycle. So I’ve been kind to myself and working on small things that will help bring me closer to self inner peace.
