Welcome Back to food HAPPY, I’m so glad you’re here! Today is a Super Bowl themed episode where we will be making Jalepeno Poppers🌶️and I’m going to also teach you how to play a fun Super Bowl Hat Game💸

Jalepeno Poppers Recipe:

-Jalepenos (I used 10 to make 20 poppers)
8 oz Block of Cream Cheese
10 Pieces of Bacon Cut in Half
1lb Sausage

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350degrees

Step 1:

-Cut the tops of of each jalepeno and then cut in half longwise and de-seed and clean out the jalepnos until hollow. Place on sheet pan and set aside.


Step 2:

-Prep bacon and cut each piece in half so you have 20 halves. Set aside.

Step 3:

-Brown your sausage. Once brown, mix in your cream cheese until it’s melted and you have a creamy sausage and cream cheese mixture.

Step 4:

-Fill your jalepnos with sausage mixture and wrap each jalepno with a piece of bacon.

Step 5:

-Cook your jalepnos for 30-45min at 350 until the bacon is crispy.

Step 6:

-Enjoy🌶️


SB HAT GAME:

You Need: A Hat and Each Participant Needs Dollar Bills.

How To Play:

First person holding the hat puts a dollar in the hat. You pass the hat to your right after each play of the Super Bowl. Each time you are holding the hat you put a dollar in the hat.

The person holding the hat when a team scores(any points(TD, FG, Safety)) wins all of the money in the hat.

After each score the game starts over.

If there is a turnover, you switch the direction you are passing the hat.

If there is a penalty and a loss of downs that is your turn. If the penalty is a replay of downs you get to keep the hat for the replay.
