Mulund Street food part 2
So today we visited Zaver road again to eat yummy frankies at JAY JALARAM FRANKIE. This is one of the oldest frankie stalls and probably one of the first ever in Mulund. They offer amazing frankies starting at just ₹30! We tried Amul Butter Noodle Pasta Frankie at just ₹60. The best part is they use their special spice mix and it adds desi punch to the food making it even better. The flavor was great, the quantity was alott for 60 bucks and the roti was toasted bin amul butter! Do visit this place and you won’t be able to get over it!

This place is near State Bank of India.
Next we continued to Sevaram Lalwani road, that starts at the end of Zaver Road, and visited NATHU PAVBHAJI CENTRE.

Ofcourse this place sells tasty pav bhaji but, the owner here is getting viral for inventing a dish called KHARI MASALA FRY. We decided to give it try. You get half plate for ₹100 & full plate for ₹180. This dish exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely delicious. They used the khari we eat with chai and tossed it in mixture of his special secret sauces. There was cheese & pizza toppings added as well. It was freshly made and topped with cheese! When I took the first bite, I was absolutely mind blown!! The khrai was still crunchy coated well with the sauce and it felt like a fusion of desi and Italian food! Do visit this place to try the original Khari Masala Fry.

Next we went to Ganesh Gavde Marg and saw a stall selling Khichiya papads, run by Mr. Suryalal ji.

They had papads starting from ₹20! They had colorful khichiya papads like the red one, green one, yellow one! We tried Cheese masala papad for ₹80. Normal masala papad costs ₹60. It was huge, topped with a thick layer of toppings. This is comparatively a healthy version of street food! The papads are roasted and if you ask not to put cheese and butter, you are good to go. Definitely visit this place to try these tasty papads.
Right next to this stall, on R.T.T road you will find RUDRA DOSA CENTRE.

They serve amazing dosas and their pricing is really decent. They even sell Kolhapuri dosa! But I was tempted to try Loni Dosa which is a specialty here. They serve 3 medium sized dosas with 3 chutneys, coconut, pudina and red chutney and aloo masala. They are also called sponge dosas and are made using white butter or Makkhan. This is totally paisa wasool & the taste was so good! This place is always busy so whenever you visit Mulund do try their dosas.
So in all we spent ₹400 today on our food spree and ate a lot of tasty food! There are still a lot of stalls to be covered and will do so in part 3!! If you are a business owner and wish to promote your business here do reach out to us on 9324347343 and mail us on [email protected]
