After a stretch of busy days and not feeling my best, I found myself slowing down along the river in Sunriver, Oregon. Quiet forests, wildlife, waterfalls, muddy roads, and a simple cup of coffee in the morning — sometimes the smallest moments end up being the ones that reset everything.

In this episode, Apollo and I explore a new area, hike to Fall River Falls, search for a peaceful camp spot, and take a day to breathe again.

Life on the road isn’t always about going farther… sometimes it’s about learning to be still.
