Zingeratha

Ingredients for Paratha:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Ghee melted 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken:
Chicken boneless (strips) 500 g
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
All-purpose flour (for coating) as required
Chilled water as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Sauce:
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Green chilies 1-2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 2-3 tbsp
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup
Prepared Green chutney 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared paratha
Prepared sauce
Lettuce leaves as required
Onion (sliced) as required
Prepared crispy chicken

Directions for Paratha Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, ghee, salt, water and knead a smooth dough. Cover with cloth and let it rest for 10-15 mins.
2. Now take the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. Flatten each part with the rolling pin into flat sheet.
3. Brush ghee on them and then place a cut on the radius of the sheet. Now rolling it from one end of the cut to the other. Make a ball shape again and flatten it with the rolling pin again.
4. Now cook each side of this dough sheet on a preheated griddle for 2-3 mins. Brush ghee on it while heating and set aside.
Directions for Crispy Chicken Preparation:
5. In a bowl add chicken, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili flakes, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
6. Now coat this marinated chicken in flour, dip in chilled water for 2 seconds and then in flour again. Deep fry it until crispy and fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
7. In a jar add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, water and blend it well into paste with hand blender.
8. Now in a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, mustard paste, prepared green chutney and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
9. Take the paratha and drizzle sauce on it, place lettuce leaves, onion, crispy chicken on it and drizzle sauce again. Now roll the paratha into roll shape and serve.
10. Your Zingeratha is ready.

Cooking time: 30-40 mins
