Difference #1 (0:26) - In the Japanese version, the "Double and Triple Shot" blocks that are hidden in the walls aren't replaced with a large heart if you already possess them like they are in the American version.

Difference #2 (0:40) - Another case of candles containing different items in the Jap version. Usually better ones.

Difference #3 (1:32) - Bone Pillars shoot slower moving fireballs in the Jap version, and in many cases fire less frequently.

Difference #4 (3:25) - Extra tiles in the Japanese version.

Point of Interest (3:25) - If you throw a dagger directly over the Cyclops when the lightning strikes (indicated by all the clouds flashing), the lightning will hit the Cyclops for 4 points of damage.

Difference #5 (3:35) - The whip does slightly more damage to the Cyclops in the Jap version.

Difference #6 (3:40) - The Cyclops can't clip through the orange blocks in the Japanese version, unlike the American version in which he can, and DOES walk through them.
