How to Make a Martinez - Manhattan meets Martini

Today, I'll show you how to make a Martinez! Believed to be the evolutionary link between the manhattan and the martini, I believe this cocktail outshines them both. This recipe's heavy on the orange bitters, but I absolutely love it. I find using equal parts old tom gin and sweet vermouth helps to balance out the heavy hand of bitters.
