Vedic Maths Tricks are the best techniques through which we can perform our calculations within seconds. Vedic Mathematics techniques was developed by ancient indian mathematicians Vedic Maths is a collection of techniques sutras to solve mathematical problem sets in a fast and easy way. These tricks introduce wonderful applications of Arithmetical computation, theory of numbers, mathematical and algebraic operations, higher-level mathematics, calculus, and coordinate geometry, etc.

How to Find Cube Root?
The cube root of a number can be determined by using the prime factorization method. In order to find the cube root of a number, start with the prime factorization of the given number. Then, divide the factors obtained into groups containing three same factors. After that, remove the cube root symbol and multiply the factors to get the answer. If there is any factor left that cannot be divided equally into groups of three, that means the given number is not a perfect cube and we cannot find the cube root of that number. For example, let us see how we find the cube root of 15625.

The formula to calculate the cube root is given as:

Cube root of x = ∛x = ∛(y × y × y) = y

where,

y is the cube root of any number x.

This also means that the number x would be a perfect cube if y has an integer value.

We can easily find cube root of Perfect Numbers like 1,8,27,64,etc but we found difficulty when we try to find cube root of non perfect numbers like 37, 51,...
So in this video i have discussed about how to calculate cube root of any number.

These Fast Maths tricks will help you solve the Questions asked in the Quantitative Aptitude Section of the various Bank and Government Exams like RBI Grade B, SBI PO, IBPS RRB Officer, SSC CGL, SSC CPO and Railway RRB Exams. All such exams require candidates to solve a high number of Questions in Less Time.
Square Root of Numbers that are Not Perfect Squares

Remember this formula which is given below:
Using this formula we can find any nonperfect square root.

Example 1: √5

√5 we can also write √4+1. Therefore, 4= x and 1 =y
According to the formula: x is always a perfect square, Like here 4’s perfect square is 2.
Then, √4 + (1/2√4) =2 + (1/2*2) = 2+ (1/4) = 2 + 0.25 = 2.25.
Hence the answer is 2.25.

Example 2: √14

√5 we can also write √16-2. Therefore, 16= x and 2 =y
According to the formula: x is always a perfect square, Like here 16’s perfect square is 4.
Then, √16 – (2/2√16) =4 – (2/2*4) = 4- (1/4) = 4 – 0.25 = 3.75.
Hence the answer is 3.75.
