Gather writing samples, like blog posts, interview transcripts, emails, and social media posts. Save them in a Word doc. Upload the Word doc to ChatGPT (works with other LLMs too) and give it the first prompt. Then, using the output from the first prompt, give it the second prompt. Save your custom voice template and use it whenever you're asking ChatGPT to write like you.

PROMPT #1:
I'm going to share several examples of my voice, specifically how I sound in my blog posts and on my website. (See the attached.) Please analyze and break down my style, tone, language, and structure into specific rules.

PROMPT #2:
OK, given the rules you just created and the knowledge you gained from the content examples I shared, please reverse-engineer a prompt template I can give you in the future that will help you write in my style.
