Tonight is a grounding session. The kind that brings you back into your body when your mind has been running ahead of you.

If you’ve been scattered, overstimulated, or carrying low-level tension all day, this is for you. We’re not chasing a breakthrough. We’re restoring steadiness. The calm that makes your next step obvious again.

Get comfortable. Sit upright or lie down. Let your jaw loosen. Let your shoulders drop. Slow your breathing. If emotion moves, let it move. If nothing moves, that’s fine too. Stay present and let the reset do what it does.

I’ll speak Japanese during the main portion. You don’t need to understand the words. Stay with the sound and the breath.
