Eggs-2
 Vanilla essence- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon / Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
Sugar-1/4 cup ( 50 g)
Salt-1/8 teaspoon
Baking soda- 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour-300 g ( 2&1/4 cup)

Oil for frying
Topping:
sour cream
Blueberry or strawberry jam
