How to get the Shuffling Sands Toy WoW

I KNOOOOOOWWWW (but dont know why...) i kept saying shifting sands in the whole video lol im so sorry!! but i didnt get this toy for a while bcs i never went and did the questline until now. :) glad i finally added this one to my collection :D Skip to 2:50 in the video to see the vendor and skip me doing the questline. If you do not see the questline then you most likely have to pick up the campaign quest up in valdrakken. If you have any questions on not seeing the vendor lmk.
