Today's Albion Online Tale begins, as usual, with a simple Cheers everyone – Dungeon Time calls, and the Hidden Mines open ahead. Knox grazes outside, mildly displeased that he must wait, while we descend into quiet stone corridors. A Condensed Energy Buff grants brief strength; the Cannoneer’s thunderous cannon gains nothing from it.

The first Heretic Trapper lies in wait, his snares useless, his loot meagre. Deeper inside, idle ore carts stand forgotten, and explosions mark another Trapper’s fall, guards included.
Soon the dark stirs with rats, enough to feel like a swarm. A foggy bridge follows, two Cannoneers upon it, both falling silent in short order.

At last, the Biggest Roughneck rises with his retinue. Anger stirs on his side, not ours. When the dust settles, his loot suffices – and the work is done.

Knox, having grazed enough, gallops homeward to Lymhurst. Repairs are covered, the Grim Challenge Chest yields a fine coffin, and a candelabrum finds its buyer in the market. The tale closes with quiet banking on the island.

What tomorrow brings depends on the Daily Bonuses - or simple whim.
