Hi, my name's Mike.

Welcome to Downtown Norcross and Studio 87 for yoga.!

This is a wonderful area as far as things to do. One of the great things to do here is to do the yoga.

Now, my reason for coming here is because I have gotten older, I have a frozen shoulder, my joints creak, and I wanted a method for getting a little more exercise. And a friend of mine recommended that I try the yoga and that Donna was the best yoga instructor in the country, so I decided to come here.

That was three years ago and it turns out she is the best instructor in the country. And I have been able to do things like move better, get down and up off the floor, catch my dog...things of that nature.

I'm 73 years old and if you have an interest in trying to stay young and flexible, yoga is a great method that you should use, and I enjoy it.
