Bandai has officially announced the 7th Anniversary live broadcast for 25th January at 4:30 PM IST, and like many players, I was expecting this to be the moment for Blackbeard Version 2.

But based on current signs, it looks like Blackbeard V2 may still be delayed, and the upcoming EX could instead be Emet, the Giant Robot. That changes the plan completely for F2P players.

My original strategy was to save aggressively for Blackbeard V2 and the third EX, aiming to hold around 4,000+ Rainbow Diamonds. With Blackbeard V2 not showing up yet, I’m not comfortable going all-in on the first EX of the anniversary.

If the upcoming unit is Emet, my approach will be very limited gambling — a few rounds only. If I get lucky early, great. If not, I’ll stop. I’ll only commit fully if I can secure a guaranteed copy by the end of the banner.
