When GRN Beerus dropped people were pretty unhappy to see he was a support unit with lack-luster stats. After receiving the feedback, Bandai clearly tried to make some improvements on the unit by providing some exclusive equipment to bump up his stats. Was it enough?

He definitely has his place. Since he's a God Ki unit he's immune to status effects that are beginning to become rampant in PvP which gives him a few points but unfortunately he's not quite there yet. Perhaps when the God Ki tag gets some more units they'll be more fearsome.
