Fish-1kg
Garlic pods-6 to7
Ginger-1"(cut into pieces)
Chili powder-1tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Coriander powder-1/2tbsp
Rice powder-1tbsp
Corn flour-1/2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for fry
Curry leaves(optional)
