This is lecture is part of BIE2006 Building Law for the Bachelor of Real Estate programme, Universiti Malaya. The content is meant for undergraduate level and is not intended for professionals who may have different expectations and requirements.

As an academic video, certainly there may be shortcomings as the lecturer's knowledge is limited only to her coverage of reading materials and not actual field experience. I try to be as accurate as possible in my lectures, but without a script it is impossible to deliver an error-free presentation. However, it is hoped that the video will be well-received as a contribution to knowledge sharing.
