Rice Water Rinse For Hair Growth

Rice water is the latest hair care craze and I was tempted to give it a try to see if it works. In this video I will show you how to make rice water and tell you a little about what I've learned about the benefits. I plan on doing update videos to see if it actually does make your hair grow longer at a faster rate! I want to say I am not a professional and everything that works for one person's hair will not work for you. Be cautious when trying new things on your hair and be sure to do more research. Rice water is a protein treatment so if you have protein sensitive hair you may want to do this once a month, use white over brown rice (which has more protein), or dilute the rice water with more water when using.
