I reinstalled these Carburetors and then THIS HAPPENED! - Weber 34 ICT Carbs VW Beetle

This is a retro-custom 1972 VW Beetle that came to me with carburetors falling off! They were a filthy mess and had screws strippped off in them, its time to repair and reinstall these Weber 34 ICT carburetors! Today I attempted to reinstall these carbs, and was met with additional problems UGH
