BAHAN
3 papan Tempe, iris tipis. 1 tempe berat 600 gr
250 gr teri Medan
1 ons kacang tanah
1-2 sdm. bawang putih goreng
Minyak secukupnya untuk menggoreng
4-5 sdm jelantah sisa menggoreng teri

BUMBU HALUS YANG DIBLENDER
5 siung bawang putih
8 siung bawang merah
3 buah sereh segar ambil bagian putihnya
10-15 buah cabe merah
10 buah Cabe rawit sesuai selera
11-12 sdm. Gula pasir, sekitar 150-170 gr, sesuai selera
Asam jawa 5 sdm dari 4 mata asam jawa yang diseduh air panas, diamkan sebentar, saring
Garam secukupnya [jika teri sudah cukup asin, skip garam]
Air secukupnya 100 ml [jika bumbu diulek, airnya dilewatkan]

INGREDIENTS
3 Pieces of Tempeh, thinly sliced. 1 tempeh weighs 600 gr
250 gr Anchovies
1 ounce of peanuts
1-2 tbsp. fried garlic
Sufficient amount of oil for frying
4-5 tablespoons used oil cooking of the anchovies

POUNDED SPICES [BLENDED]
5 cloves of garlic
8 cloves of shallot
3 fresh lemongrass, take the white part
10-15 red chilies
10 pieces of cayenne according to taste
11-12 tbsp. granulated sugar, around 150-170 gr, according to taste
