CANCELLATION POLICY OF ADVANCE BOOKING IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF ROOM ACCOMMODATION

1. If the client will inform you about the cancellation of his/her/ institutions booking on or before 25 days then 100% advance will be refunded within 48 hours from the date of cancellation.
2. If the booking is being cancelled in between 15 days to 25 days then 10% will be deducted from the advance booking amount and the said amount will be refunded within 48 hours from the date of cancellation.
3. If the booking is being cancelled between 7 days to 15 days then 30% will be deducted from the advance booking amount and said the amount will be refunded within 48 hours from the date of cancellation.
4. If the booking is being cancelled between 3 – 7 days then 50% will be deducted from the advance booking amount and the said amount will be refunded within 48 hours from the date of cancellation.
5. If the booking is being cancelled between the same day – 3 days then, then the entire advance booking amount will be deducted from the advance booking amount.
