Ingredients:
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Lukewarm water 110 ml
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Combine well
Knead for 5-7 mins
Soft & smooth dough
Rub some oil
Cover
Rest for 30-60 mins
After resting divide the dough into 9 portions
Make ball
6 inch greased pan
Cover rest for 10 mins
In another bowl take
Chopped garlic 2 tsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder pinch of
Oregano pinch of
Mix well
Place mozzarella slices in every parts of bread
Brush prepared garlic butter mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 15-20 mins

Instructions:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk & melted butter. Knead for 5-7 mins.
Let dough rise until doubled (1 hour).
Divide into 12 balls, place in a greased pan, and proof again (30 mins).
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 mins.
Brush with garlic butter while warm. Serve & enjoy!
