The BMW i8 is one of our favorite cars of all time! It's blend of hybrid technology and performance is really spectacular.


Sadly, however, the production of the i8 is coming to a close this April, which begs the question, what's coming next?


The answer could lie in the Vision M Next concept car.


This tauter, lighter, more powerful vehicle could potentially go in to production, and replace the much loved i8.


To explain the design and inspiration behind the BMW Vision M Next concept, we spoke to its designer, Jose Casas - Senior Exterior Designer for BMW i and BMW M - at the 2020 Canadian International Auto Show.
