Here is the theme for the character Seitaka Toraguma, who appears in the chapter "Swimming in the World Below". This chapter is during the Touhou 17.5. Hence I figured to match the theme to it, there's a bit of Yuugi's motif there but mostly at the end. Trumpets starts at 2:00. Below is the character info.

Seitaka Toraguma [The Towering and Immovable Oni]

One of the four devas of the Yokai Mountain, she stood as an imposing monument of power and pride. Her body, a testament to the sheer might of her kind, towered over almost all others in Gensokyo. With her long, crimson horns protruding from her forehead and manacles hanging from her arms, she looked every bit the part of a formidable oni. Despite her height and strength, there was a certain calmness in her demeanor, an air of collected composure.

Her strength was legendary, said to be the strongest among the four devas. Capable of shrugging off attacks with little more than a casual movement, as if they were nothing more than a nuisance. Hence her title, The Towering and Immovable Oni.

But that was where most people would be mistaken: don't let her size fool you. Despite her giant frame, Seitaka could move with startling speed and strike with a force that could send shockwaves through the ground. Her punches were said to be able to crush stones with ease, and her movements though few were swift and precise. Despite her calm, almost serene exterior, Seitaka is a big threat when she chose to unleash her power.
