Nasi Kandar is considered as one of the most favourite food in Malaysia and for all the right reasons. Hameediyah Restaurant is the oldest in the entire country and has been selling Nasi Kandar for well over 100 years (1907) and 7 generations have been busy serving patrons from all over the world.

This was our third attempt at trying to eat at Hameediyah because the queues are always very long. We finally tried Beef Rendang and Ayam Pedas and were very impressed. The quality of food available here is second to none. This was by far the BEST Nasi Kandar we've had in Malaysia.
