Art + Science have just released and all new version of their modern Action Man figures. Today I will be reviewing the brand new Officer Cadet - The movable Action Man version and comparing him to the vintage original version.

The previous Art + Science version of Action Man suffered with T-rex arms. How will this one compare with it's new 30 points of articulation. Let's open the box and find out.
