CB radio and linear amplifier installed in the mobile

Super clean install in the mobile. Galaxy 959 CB radio (tuned and aligned) Texas star 667V with upgraded 8 gauge wires (2 negative/2 positive) running from each internal 2 pill board to an Anderson quick disconnect. Then 8 gauge to the battery. For being a mobile setup, she talks pretty dang good locally and I've been able to talk skip on channel 6 on the open highway. Currently the way everything is setup and adjusted, it's doing 500 watts. 100 watt dead key swinging to 500 and the amp runs nice and cool. Radio was setup on scope to 100% modulation. I'm going to keep this setup as I don't plan on going any bigger. A 6 awg power wire would have helped to squeeze out a few more watts, but 8 awg is what I had on hand and works just fine.
