No trip to Taipei, Taiwan is ever complete until you visit the vibrant shopping district of Ximending. Often compared to similar locations (Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc.) in Tokyo, Japan, this place certainly will not disappoint the wandering and adventurous travelers visiting Taipei. This place is literally like New York Times Square on STEROIDS!

Many people come here for the fabulous shopping and food. I mainly came for the food! While there are many tourists that come here on a daily basis, this place never ceases to amaze me.
